As a non-profit, local partner of the California Arts Council , the Amador County Arts Council's mission is to promote excellence in, and further the development of, the visual, language and performing arts in Amador County. To fullfill this mission, ACAC is committed to bringing quality arts and cultural entertainment to the county; supporting individual artists and local arts organizations; and playing an active role in helping our schools maintain the arts as an integral part of our children's curriculum through the ACAC Arts in Education Program.
